My love for scented candles has nothing to do with my background in social work. But, as a psychology student I learned a lot about how our sense of smell is intertwined with memory recollection.

I have always been in love with the clean, crisp and lingering scents from NEST. While we have all been spending more time indoors, I am so grateful for their home fragrances. They fill my home with the most divine smell which has a significant impact on my mood and overall behavior.

Why I love NEST home fragrances so much:
The reason why I love this fragrance so much is because I bought a bamboo scented NEST candle when I first moved in with Paul. He’s my husband.
The bamboo fragrance reminds me of us when we were in the beginning stages of our relationship and the fun times we had moving in together. Every time I light my NEST candle or walk by my bamboo diffuser and smell the delicious fragrance. I am transported back to those early days and it really boosts my mood instantly.
It’s like receiving a warm and comforting hug from a good friend.
